HILLARY CLINTON PICKS A DOOMED FIGHT WITH AMERICANS OVER GUNS

Future President Clinton may well impose new restrictions on guns. Getting Americans to obey them will be a tougher trick

“Yesterday, once again, this time horrifically on live television,” says Hillary Clinton in a video on her presidential campaign website, “we saw the terrible consequences of gun violence.” As it turns out, she’s not talking about civilian deaths from drone strikes or bombing raids on hospitals by the U.S. government, but instead about a criminal shooting spree in the United States. Sure enough, the Washington Post pointed out last week that one of Clinton’s signature issues heading into the general election is tightening restrictions on the ownership and use of guns by Americans.

That’s a tall order in a country where gun ownership for recreational shooting and self-defense is wildly popular. Nobody knows for sure, but the best estimate is that there are north of 300 million firearms in private hands in this country. The ownership of those weapons is closely intermingled with the concept of personal liberty and resistance to abusive government in the minds of a great many Americans, as documented by scholars who both approve and disapprove of that association. Unsurprisingly, federal lawmakers from both major parties are hesitant to wade into the issue, either because they share the aversion to restrictive gun laws, or because they’re leery of voters who do, and who are wont to collect scalps on election day. Just last November, analysts attributed aggressive advocacy of gun control as the key to Democratic losses in Virginia’s legislative races.

But Hillary Clinton has a plan.

“If Congress refuses to act, Hillary will take administrative action” on restrictions, her campaign boasts. The Washington Post adds that that a President Clinton would be “relying on the executive power of the presidency to further gun restrictions that would have little chance of becoming law.”

OF COURSE THE US GOVERNMENT WILL DEFAULT ON ITS DEBT

Government has no real plans to pay back its debt

Last week Donald Trump set the financial punditry class aflame with his suggestion that the United States may end up asking lenders to take a haircut on its debt obligations.
The resulting firestorm created a race to see who could come up with the strongest condemnation of Trump, David Ader of CRT Capital Group told Bloomberg the comments were “stupid and ridiculous,” while Business Insider’s Josh Borro labeled them “insane.” Vox’s Matt Yglesias described the proposal as a threat to “incinerate the world economy.”
While Yglesias is correct that a US default would have major ramifications for the global economy, lost in all this hand wringing is the fact that the damage has largely already been done. As Jim Grant noted in his Time cover article this month, the United States debt situation is far more serious than most “experts” would like to believe. By accumulating a debt that now towers over $19 trillion, the United States government has written a check it will not be able to cash.

Of course the irony here is that many of the same pundits attacking Trump for his comments today are those who have encouraged on the fiscally reckless policies that have led us to this point. For example, The Weekly Standard described Trump’s comments as “Plan to Destroy the U.S. Economy”, highlighting the pain that Americans would feel from such a move. Of course, this publication was perhaps the loudest cheerleader for the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars, which could end up costing taxpayers over 6 trillion dollars, and continues to campaign for further expansion of America’s military presence that currently costs over $700 billion a year.Meanwhile, conservative estimates of the cost of bailing out Wall Street — actions that would still be defended today by most of the mainstream financial class – weighs in at over $3 trillion dollars.
These expenditures, added on to firmly implanted and growing welfare state managed by a political class lacking the courage required to make serious attempts at debt reduction, has always made default, in some form, inevitable. As Congressman Ron Paul (who was discussing the reality of US insolvency during his last presidential campaign in 2012) was always fond of pointing out, government spending is itself a form of taxation. So while the Weekly Standard is correct that a debt default will hurt the pocketbook of American families, this is an inevitable consequence of the spending it advocated — an insidious form of tax collection, the consequence of electing politicians who followed the publications own advice.
So the real question about an American default has always been less a matter of if, and more a matter of how and when.
While it is still popular to claim that the United States has never defaulted on its debt, this is a myth. The US has been forced to default a couple of times throughout history, the last of which being when Richard Nixon’s closed the gold window. By cutting the ability of foreign governments to redeem US dollars for gold, America was allowed to pay back past debt with devalued fiat money. This form of default has long been a popular option for governments with debt obligations it can’t or won’t honor.
Of course, as Peter Klein wrote last week, even Trump’s suggestion of the US restructuring its debt isn’t the doomsday scenario CNBC talking heads have made it out to be, noting that:
[T]he idea that the US can never restructure or even repudiate the national debt — that US Treasuries must always be treated as a unique and magical “risk-free” investment — is wildly speculative at best, preposterous at worst.
Murray Rothbard himself advocated for outright repudiating the national debt, arguing:
The government is an organization, so why not liquidate the assets of that organization and pay the creditors (the government bondholders) a pro-rata share of those assets? This solution would cost the taxpayer nothing, and, once again, relieve him of $200 billion in annual interest payments. The United States government should be forced to disgorge its assets, sell them at auction, and then pay off the creditors accordingly.
Trump himself has even touched on the possibility of selling of assets held by the Federal government as a form of debt reduction. This solution would have the added benefit of a number of additional benefits, including solving many of the issues that currently exist with the Federal owning of land used by ranchers. Plus, the country as a whole would benefit if Federal bureaucrats were kicked out of the various government buildings that pollute America’s capitol city — perhaps they could follow the lead of the old DC post office and be turned into Trump hotels?
Unfortunately, lost in the media firestorm over Trump’s comments about the debt is the rapid deteriorating hope that The Donald would offer a challenge to the reckless monetary policy that has helped facilitate the US government’s disastrous spending spree. As I touched on last week, Trump, in stark contrast to past comments, praised the work of Janet Yellen and fully endorsed a continuation of the US’s historically low interest rates. Even more troubling, he seemed to endorse some disastrous aspects of Modern Monetary Theory by suggesting that the United States could never default because it could simply print more money.
The ramifications for this are far more dangerous than his pointing out that the government has no real plans to pay back its debt.

Chinese Scientist Proves The First Inhabitants Of China Were Black!

For many years Black historians and Afrocentrists have said that the first inhabitants of China were black Africans.

The Negroid races peopled at some time all the South of India, Indo-China and China. The South of Indo-China actually has now pure Negritos as the Semangs and mixed as the Malays and the Sakais.”

( H. Imbert, “Les Negritos de la Chine”).

“Even the sacred Manchu dynasty shows this Negro strain. The lower part of the face of the Emperor Pu-yi of Manchukuo, direct descendant of the Manchu rulers of China, is most distinctly Negroid. Chinese chroniclers report that a Negro Empire existed in the South of China at the dawn of that country’s history.

( Professor Chang Hsing-Lang , “The importation of Negro Slaves to China under the Tang Dynasty A.D. 618-907)

“There is evidence of substantial populations of Blacks in early China. Archaeological studies have located a black substratum…

Even though Wal-Mart makes enormous profits, they refuse to properly take care of their employees so the federal government has to do it.

North Korea Not Responsible for Sony Pictures Hacking: US Cyber Experts
Sputnik News – US cyber experts have expressed skepticism about the FBI’s conclusion that North Korea was behind the notorious attack against Sony Pictures Entertainment, citing lack of evidence. “It’s clear to us, based on both forensic and other evidence we’ve collected, that unequivocally they are not responsible for orchestrating or initiating the attack on Sony,” said Sam Glines, the head of the cybersecurity company Norse, as quoted by CNN.

Monsanto’s Pesticide May Kill $2 Billion Wine Industry
Christina Sarich – Dow and Monsanto’s failed glyphosate-resistant crops have caused cotton farmers in Texas to reach for a new concoction of chemicals, namely 2,4-D and dicamba. They are threatening the viability of vineyards across Texas. The $2 billion wine and grape industry won’t be able to compete with the pesticide-heavy farms that surround their vineyards if wine lovers and GMO-free supporters don’t act. Due to the prevalence of superweeds created by Monsanto’s RoundUp, farmers are trying to eradicate them with new chemicals that create pesticide drift, often mutating vines on neighboring vineyards for multiple seasons of wine growing.

The Myth of Safe Pesticides
Dr. Mercola – In the US, there are about 80,000 registered chemicals used. Of these, only a few hundred are actually tested for safety, and even that testing is considered to be inadequate by most toxicologists. Part of the problem is that most chemicals are tested in isolation. In real world application however, most of them are using combination, and no one’s testing for the synergies between the chemicals.

Tactical Article:  Today we’ll share some thoughts on Securing a Building.

If you don’t want to receive these newsletters, please unsubscribe from this list.

Securing a Building

If you ask a Navy Seaman to secure a building, he will turn off the lights and lock the doors.

If you ask an Army Soldier to secure a building they will occupy the building and stay there so no one else can enter.

If you ask a Marine to secure a building, he will assault it with grenades and flash bangs, occupy it, set up a perimeter defense with suppressive fire, amphibious assault vehicles, establish communications, and prepare for hand to hand combat if necessary.

If you ask an Air Force Airman to secure a building, he’ll take out a lease on a building with an option to buy.

Now that the joke is out of the way, I’ll tell you how it relates to Urban Combat.  But first, a story.

When I was a police officer, I received some training on how to respond to active shooters in a building.  We went to a local elementary school and received a few hours of classroom training.  We watched videos of other officers clearing rooms.  We had a Q&A session.  Then we got to the fun part: practice with simunitions (think airsoft, but much more realistic (and painful)).

The instruction was to enter the building as soon as there were two officers on the scene as long as the shooter was “actively shooting”.  We were to by-pass the wounded and head straight to where we heard the shots being fired and engage the shooter if possible.  If the shooter was in a classroom, we entered rapidly one after the other.  The first officer going to his left and the second to the right (if there was a 3rd, he’d go straight).

Once in, we were to ignore what was happening in the room and “run the walls” by scanning with our gun and moving along the walls of the room until the two officers met in the middle/back eliminating threats as you went.  The idea was that if we did this, we would efficiently leave no corner unsearched and if we moved quickly enough, we could catch the bad guy(s) by surprise and stop them from killing more people.  The downside to this is that we’d have to ignore threats directly in front of us in order to check the corners for a “possible” threat.  I thought it was a bad idea when I did the training and actually engaged threats as I saw them and killed more bad guys more rapidly than the other officers (I did not win any points with my trainers though).

If at any point the bad guys barricaded themselves or stopped shooting, we were to wait for reinforcements and/or SWAT.  Because at that point, the opposition shooter(s) were either on to us and we’d be walking into an ambush or he was no longer a threat and there was no more urgency (except for the dying/wounded screaming for help).  Even SWAT will avoid entry if there is a barricaded enemy and will attempt to negotiate.

So, how does this story apply to urban combat (as a civilian)?

Let’s make a scenario.  *In a world without rule of law* you and your like-minded neighbors are taking sporadic sniper fire from a house down the street.  You need to eliminate the threat.

First of all you don’t want to be “clearing rooms” like we did as police or securing buildings as the Marines did (in the joke above) if you can avoid it.  “Sounds cool though” you say to yourself.  Cool as it may be, you don’t have flashbangs, grenades, amphibious vehicles, etc.  Even if you have all those things, it sucks. Here’s a video of US Marines attempting to clear a house with barricaded enemies.  They end up pulling back and demoing the house with an MK-19.

Houses and buildings in the US are primarily made of hollow walls and they will not stop a bullet or offer you much cover (they can conceal you, but not stop a bullet).  Even brick masonry walls are penetrated by 30 caliber rifles.

If you don’t have the “drop” on the opposition and can’t surprise them with overwhelming force, then you don’t want to engage them, much less run into a room where they are expecting you.  SWAT and similar type entries rely on surprise, speed, and force of violence.  If you are missing any of those things, don’t engage if you can avoid it.  Also, if you do a dynamic entry with any noise (shooting, crashing doors, shouting, flashbangs, etc.), then you have lost all surprise for additional targets in the same building.  The sniper in the scenario may have set boobie traps or may be lying in wait for you to enter his doorway.

So what do you do?  Remember that walls (both interior and exterior) are not bullet proof?  Well…what’s to stop you from engaging him with overwhelming fire power from a more secure outside location?  Or burning him out?

If you must enter (e.g. to verify that he’s dead), then slice the pie.  There’s no need to rush into anything.  Observe as much as possible from the doorway.  Slowly observe more and more of the room as you move across the doorway (when I say slowly, it can be quick- just slow enough for you to observe.).  You can also use techniques like peeking low or doing a quick peek.  Then, when you enter, enter at the exact same time if possible and check the corners you could not observe from outside the door. Don’t stick your muzzle through the door before you enter (you’ll give yourself away).  If you see a threat- eliminate it by shooting directly or through walls and doors.

In sum, if you find yourself in a situation where you must “secure a building” in a world without rule of law, then you should NOT rely on police techniques or other techniques that encourage you to “stack up” behind a wall and rush into a room when there are much better techniques.  Use your head- you are not expendable.

Central America Newspapers Tout Open US Door for Illegal Minors

Central America Newspapers Tout Open US Door for Illegal Minors

Newspapers in El Salvador and Honduras are promoting policies by the Obama administration that defer deportation to minors brought to the United States as children by their parents — known as “Dreamers” — and those that are housing illegal children at military bases in the South and West.

“Almost all agree that a child who crossed the border illegally with their parents, or in search of a father or a better life, was not making an adult choice to break our laws, and should be treated differently than adult violators of the law,” Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson is quoted in a story about a new two-year extension of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy published by Diario El Mundo in El Salvador.

Signed by President Barack Obama in 2012, the policy grants temporary legal status to many young illegal immigrants, ending the threat of deportation for at least two years.

The policy, however, does not entitle the immigrants to state services. It was renewed for two more years.

“With the renewal of DACA, we act according to our values and code of this great nation,” Johnson said. “But the biggest task of comprehensive immigration reform is yet to come.”

Meanwhile, La Prensa of Honduras discusses in a report how as many as 500 illegal minors are being housed at the Naval Base Ventura County in Southern California.

“The children will be accommodated for between three and four months, while their parents or relatives are located in the United States,” the report says.

“The administration of President Barack Obama has acknowledged he faces a serious crisis for the continuous arrival of children, mostly Central Americans, who are illegally entering the country on the border with Mexico.”

Besides Mexico and Honduras, the report notes that many of the children are coming from Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.

“During their stay, in addition to accommodations and food, children receive English classes, play sports and participate in targeted programs while immigration authorities contact their families,” the La Prensa report says.

On Monday, the Obama administration said that it would begin housing as many as 1,200 illegal minors at the Army base in Fort Sill in Oklahoma.

The plan was attacked last week by Oklahoma Republicans, who accused the administration of not giving them sufficient notice and that it would strain limited resources.

A similar shelter for that has accommodated about 1,820 minors over nearly four weeks has been operating at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

Housing the illegals cost American taxpayers $252 per child per day.

The deluge of illegal immigrants is causing a burden on the border states of Texas and Arizona, and officials have been transporting children from south Texas to Arizona and leaving them at various locations, including holding centers and bus stations.

After widespread outrage by Arizona state and congressional officials, Homeland Security said it would stop dumping illegals in those states, even though officials say the practice has not stopped.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer last week sent emergency food and medical supplies to a makeshift holding center in the southern part of the state that was holding hundreds of illegal minors.

The Obama administration estimates that 60,000 children under 18 will enter the U.S. illegally alone this year. It’s expected to grow to nearly 130,000 next year.

Dan Carlson explains one of the most unique and effective ways to grow just about anything. His father, Dan Carlson Sr. created Sonic Bloom. We will play segments of the music utilized to link frequencies of plants to music.

What is Sonic Bloom?

The real Sonic Bloom, Sound Magic with the Plant Magic blends, is a plant growing system that combines a unique system of sound with a variety of organic nutrient applications, producing healthier plants and crops much more quickly and naturally.

And the result?

The real Sonic Bloom, the Plant Magi system, dramatically enhances the yield, taste, shelf life and nutritional content of your fruits and vegetables, while helping to reduce watering and fertilizer use. Plant Magic also rebuilds the health of the soil microorganisms so important to optimal plant growth.  Tests prove it. Plants treated with Sonic Bloom  (Sound Magic and the Plant Magic blends are even better) can absorb more nutrients than untreated plants

How Does Sonic Bloom work?

Sonic Bloom is a  patented concept uses specific sound frequencies, which were found to be similar to those of birds’ songs, to stimulate and increase the rate at which plants absorb nutrients. The original sound that was found to be the most effective was the sound of an oncoming thunderstorm, however. Sonic Bloom includes an organic nutrient spray specially formulated to ensure maximum and easy absorption of 64 trace elements and minerals that provide a properly balanced and nutritional diet for your plants. Plant Magic  actually delivers on this promise and provides these elements and minerals in a chelated form through the association with micro-organisms in the soil.  Sonic Bloom consists of a combination of sounds which are the same frequency as the singing of birds, plus leaf spray organic fertilizer.

Petti McClellan implores the audience to recognize that serial killers are being let go from prison. Petti is the mother of Chelsea McClellan who was murdered by Nurse Genene Jones. Genene Jones was convicted of causing injury to many babies in the Bexar County Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Joyce has discussed this story often, now is your chance to hear Petti and help her find witnesses and information to keep Genene Jones in prison.

Joyce Riley was a whistle-blower in the famous “Baby Death” case in which Nurse Genene Jones, (who now serves a life sentence in the Texas Prison system) was convicted of causing injury to many babies in the Bexar County Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Petti McClellan took her blond, blue-eyed baby daughter Chelsea into the new pediatric clinic. It was Friday, September 17, 1982. The clinic had just opened the day before in Kerrville, Texas, not far from the trailer home where she and her husband Reid lived. Chelsea was just eight months old, but she had a cold, and her mother wanted to be safe. Chelsea had been born premature, with underdeveloped lungs, so she was prone to infection. Early in her life, she had spent time on a hospital respirator. She had also experienced what Petti described as “spells” of losing her breath. Chelsea was the clinic’s very first patient.

Convicted baby killer could walk; Genene Jones eligible for early release in 2017 A convicted baby killer could soon become the first serial killer togo free because of an old Texas law.  Genene Jones remains in prison for killing 15 month old Chelsea.  Chelsea was poisoned by the nurse who thought she could play God by  making babies so sick that she would seem like a hero for saving them.

Jones is serving a 99 year sentence but she could be eligible for automatic early release in 2017.  That’s Chelsea’s family’s worst fear.  “I don’t think it’s right,” said James McClellan, Chelsea’s great uncle.  “It’s like a slap on the wrist,” he added.
According to Texas law, criminals convicted between 1977 and 87 can get out early automatic release on good behavior to help relieve prison overcrowding.
To keep Jones in prison, Chelsea’s family is scrambling to possibly prosecute Jones for other murders.
